Injection molded NdFeB magnets use poluamides or polyphenylene sulphide as polymer matrix for higheroperating temperatures.The proportion of NdFeB powder to polymer matrix can be varied to achieve the desired level of magnetic performance.
Injection molded NdFeB magnets has good corrosion resistance.So they normally do not require coatings. The magnetic temperature stability is determined by the NdFeB power with coefficients dependant upon composition:Br=-0.07%~-0.13%℃ and Hcj=-0.4%℃.
Injection process is used to produce complex NdFeB magnet because of its flexibility.Currently,the Maximum Energy Product (BH)max for isotropic injection NdFeB magnet is 7 MGOe,the Residual Induction (Br) is over 5.6 KGs,and intrinsic Coercive Force (Hcj) is over 10 KOe.
Injection molded NdFeB magnets are mainly used for DC motors,spindle motors for DVD players,stepping motor on scanner and vibration motor for mobile phone,brakes on digital cameras and different kinds of sensing devices.
