Modern robots place high demands on integrated sensors in terms of precision, dynamics and compactness. System-on-chip solutions are ideal for integrated encoder electronics, combining all application-specific functions in a single integrated circuit with a small footprint. With a focus on robotics, iC-Haus will present innovative position sensing and motor control solutions for axes, joints, grippers and more at electronica in Munich and SPS in Nuremberg. Application-oriented demonstrators will provide visitors with practical ideas for developing and implementing their own encoder projects.
One of the trade show highlights is the new iC-MUE magnetic absolute encoder SoC, which is used for position sensing in hollow-shaft applications such as robot joints. iC-Haus is also showcasing its extensive range of laser diode drivers for optical measurement systems, including triangulation-based sensing used for distance and object detection.
The SPS trade show focuses on motion control technology and industrial automation. The iC-RT2624 26-bit optical encoder solution opens up new design possibilities for high-performance motor feedback systems.
At both trade shows, iC-Haus will showcase its broad portfolio of solutions, with all the application experts on hand ready to discuss future innovations and solutions.
